Man charged with murder after woman found dead in Adelaide's south
A man has been charged with murder after a woman was found dead in a home in Adelaide's south.
Emergency services were called to Wark Court in Morphett Vale after a person was found unresponsive inside a home about 7pm on Sunday night.
"When police arrived they located a 39-year-old Encounter Bay woman deceased at the scene," South Australia Police said in a statement.
"A 40-year-old Morphett Vale man, who was known to the woman, was arrested at the home."
The man has been charged with murder.
He was refused bail and is expected to appear at Christies Beach Magistrates Court today.
